DISCOVER MONTAIONE
WITH E-BIKE
A 30 km E-MTB excursion to discover the peculiarities of the territory of Montaione, accompanied by an environmental guide: evocative ” badlands“, dirt roads with ascents and descents, an ancient village and an imposing castle, a mystical atmosphere. This and much more in this tour.

EGOLA RIVER VALLEY HIKE
You meet Daniela in Montaione and, from there, you walk about 9 km firstly down to the Egola river. You will pass by olive trees fields and continue along the river, crossing it and enjoying the surrounding nature. Then you will be guided to the archeological site of the ancient Roman Cistern for enjoying the best view on Montaione and reach it again passing by vineyards and oak trees trails.

FLORENCE
AND THE 5 SENSES
Reach Florence by train from Castelfiorentino and meet the tourist guide. She will walk you through a walk involving the 5 senses: you will smell the perfumes, hear the sound of the Dome, meet the artisans and touch the handicraft, look at the buildings in a different way, and taste –blinded– the best Italian ice cream.

TRUFFLE HUNTING
A unique truffle hunting experience, in the splendid Tuscan countryside, accompanied by an expert truffle hunter and his dogs trained in search of the precious tuber. The experience will end with an unforgettable lunch at the Casa Masi restaurant, and the truffle will obviously be the main ingredient.

COOKING CLASS
In Tuscan cuisine you find the essence of tradition. You will learn to cook simple and delicious “grandma’s recipes”.
You will discover the techniques but also the curiosities that are hidden behind the dishes you will prepare. And in the end you’ll have a nice lunch accompanied by a selection of local wines.
