Our Agri-Restaurant “Nonna Bianca”
In 2020, we opened the doors of our new agri-restaurant, Nonna Bianca, created right inside our estate to offer you the very best of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Every dish tells a story: one of recipes handed down from generation to generation within our family.
Our philosophy is built on top-quality raw materials, zero-kilometer (farm-to-table) products, and a deep respect for the seasonality of ingredients typical of the Montaione and Val d’Elsa area. Furthermore, all our specialties are enhanced by the unique touch of our own certified organic extra virgin olive oil.
The true heart of our kitchen is the fresh pasta, handmade with love and care by our cook, Gabriella. Born and raised in these lands, Gabriella guards the secrets of tradition and has been preparing the most authentic dishes of our region for over 30 years.

Our new panoramic outdoor terrace, completed in 2025, is the perfect backdrop for your special moments. Here, you can savor the authentic flavors of our land in front of a spectacular view, admiring the deep red sunset coloring the rolling Tuscan hills while sipping a glass of our local wines.
