We also found a solution to this problem! The check-in procedures and payments will be fully digitized, to avoid contact between people as much as possible, and we will be able to communicate via smartphone with Whatsapp. You can do everything with a simple click: ask for information, book your dinner, ask for availability for a horseback ride, and much more. We will, however, always be present at the “traditional” reception for any of your needs, with a special desk suitable for the new regulations.
